1. Nature of Our Services

SUMA Light House Beach Resort is a hospitality and accommodation service provider. We do not sell or ship any physical goods through our website. Our services are entirely experience-based and are rendered at our property located at: Behind Armagoan Light House, Monapalem (Vi), Vakadu (MD), Tirupati (Dist), AP 524403.

2. Booking Confirmation Delivery

Upon successful completion of a booking (whether via online advance payment through Razorpay or via the "Pay at Resort" option), a booking confirmation will be delivered digitally to the email address provided during the reservation process. This confirmation will include your Booking Reference ID, room details, check-in and check-out dates, guest information, and payment summary.

3. Delivery Timeline

Booking confirmation emails are typically delivered within a few minutes of completing the booking process. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at sumabeachresort@gmail.com or call +91 9281409345 and we will resend it promptly.

4. Digital Receipts & Invoices

Payment receipts for advance amounts processed through Razorpay will be sent directly to your registered email by Razorpay's automated system. If you require an official GST invoice or a separate receipt from the resort, please request it at the time of check-in or by contacting us via email.

5. No Physical Product Shipping

As a resort and hospitality business, we do not ship any physical products. All amenities, services, food & beverage, and experiences are provided exclusively at our on-site property. There are no shipping costs, delivery timelines, or courier services associated with our business.

6. Failed or Delayed Email Delivery

In the rare case where an automated email fails to deliver due to technical issues, guests can request a copy of their booking confirmation by contacting our support team at sumabeachresort@gmail.com with your booking reference ID or the phone number used during booking.
